These figures are averages based on the assumption that the customers will be evenly distributed between the networks.. In reality this will not be the case and if for instance more responses are received from Virgin Mobile, who have a lower outpayment, then the overall average outpayment will also be lower.
| Premium MT Transport Charge |
For premium MT delivered to Vodafone subscribers a transport fee of 2p (excl VAT) will be charged. This amount will be refunded for each successfully delivered MT.

| Zero rated and bulk SMS |
GBP 0.05/sms (excluding VAT)
Zero rated and bulk SMS conditions apply for UK mobile networks only.

| Required Messages |
In the event a carrier requires certain messages, such as Help, Info, or Contact to be responded to at a required low end-user rate, this rate will be enforced. Such messages are not eligible for outpayment.

| Vodafone Successful Delivery Refund |
For each premium MT successfully delivered to a Vodafone subscriber, a refund of 2p (excl VAT) will be provided.
|
| Orange Penalty to non-billable users |
Orange may charge 3p for SMS sent to non-billable users. This charge will passed on at cost for services that send SMS to non-billable users.

| Payment |
Payout is made once the amount payable has reached 100€ and no more than 80 days after traffic dates. Mobile network subscribers pay their mobile operator within 30 days. We are paid within 40 days and will attempt to pay you within 20 days after we are paid. |
